Celebrating Life's Highlights

I have just opened my Yahoo! email account and surprising to receive another invitation from the General Manager of The Glass Garden, Camille Garcia. This is the Initial Grand Food Tasting of Hizon's for this year entitled CELEBRATING LIFE'S HIGHLIGHTS. If we are not to change the date for the post-Christmas Wedding, we might consider changing venues but not the concessionaire we've agreed upon.

I am so happy today! I am blogging alone in this room, my fiance and our eldest child went shopping; no one is to witness what I have here inside me (Of course my youngest won't comprehend). Words cannot describe how I feel towards falling in love with the same person over and over again. I love the way he smiles and his chinito eyes, I love the way he talks to me, I love his senses! How far can an 8-year old relationship test me for certainty and loyalty? We've talked about this so many times, and I am just so happy to express my love to the only man I chose to be with lifetime.

A Sexy Veil

I always wanted to impress myself with my choice of design. I have taken a picture of a sexy veil Jojo wanted me to wear when I walk down the aisle but I stand no more than 5 feet so how could I? Last resort would be with the help of my red bridal shoes that I wish nobody in the world would contradict.

Aside from having swarovski studs on my plain ecru veil, a good design I wanted to consider with the type of wedding gown I am wearing by M. C. of O would be somewhat like the photo below; shoulder length and stylish although this has some silver linings on it.. perfect for my height. Anyway I didn't wish for any cathedral type of veils at all.. not to be considered for a garden-typed wedding. Jojo changes his mind to switch the ceremonial rites at the Cathedral. Am not sure, I might just say OK.

His Wedding Cake

Running through the choices of a simple three layered Red Ribbon Belgian Chocolate Cake or Estrelle's Tree Cake, I remember Jojo flipping through the pages of my Wedding Essential magazines last year. What we see on the picture above was his first choice from Cake World. We went to set up an appointment with them last year too to check of its price. I have concluded that it has nothing to do with the motif that we're having. But he can't forget those cute solo cakes (left page) good to be served for our principal sponsors.

Unexpectedly last week, when he got home from their AIRSOFT game, I asked him again what is it gonna be from Kink Cakes or Claycakes'? And he just answered me with BE IT A DIAMOND SHAPE. Flattered with his reply I didn't ask for the reason why. The shape, though it is very hard to mix and match with a chocolate brown motif would be more than symbolic and meaningful for a bride even though in reality we cannot afford a cut platinum diamond ring-- I do think this should matter anymore. Our friendship as couple is more essential for our wedding day and I'll see if I need to consider his suggestion with regard to having a diamond cake.
